Welcome to the Personal History Webform for experts applying to join the Justice Rapid Response Expert Roster. The Justice Rapid Response Expert Roster consists of a pool of professionals, who are ready to deploy to national, international and regional accountability and transitional justice mechanisms around the world in order to help ensure those bodies have the necessary highly specialized expertise to properly support the prosecution of international core crimes and serious human rights violations.

Through a competitive selection process, JRR recruits high-quality experts with investigative expertise from around the world. For more information on the JRR Roster, click here:  https://www.justicerapidresponse.org/ .

It is important to complete this Personal History Web-form in English, with as much detailed information as possible. Justice Rapid Response uses the information in the form to select professionals with backgrounds and skillsets that best meet the current and expected needs of the JRR Expert Roster and to best match certified experts to possible deployments. The more complete the information you provide, the more likely it is that you will be considered for deployments.

You are responsible for providing true, accurate, current and complete information in this form and, after certification to the JRR Roster, you agree to update your information as necessary to maintain its truth and accuracy.

To complete your application, you will need to upload the following forms :

  • The JRR Nomination Form, completed and hand-signed by your current employer (or by yourself if you are self-employed or an independent consultant). As rapid deployability of JRR experts in practice requires the agreement of the expert’s employer, the Nomination Form must be completed by the employer of the expert, and more specifically by the person who has the authority to release the expert for potential international deployments at short notice.
  • The JRR Recommendation Form, completed and signed by your current supervisor or for self-employed experts by a former supervisor or client.
  • The JRR Agreement Form, read and signed by yourself.

Please note that only profiles that contain the three uploaded forms can be considered

You may save the form at any time and come back to finalize and submit.
